Golden Era is a luxury mobile spray tan experience based out of Ooltewah, TN. WHEN SHOULD I TAN? For best result we recommend tanning 24-48 hours prior to any event. WHATS INCLUDED IN MY TAN? All tans include a custom formulated solution. Complimentary disposables will be provided (hair cap, pasties, thongs) to keep your own items solution free. Barrier cream and setting powder are also included in every tan. All tans inclue travel up to 30 minutes from Ooltewah, TN. (A travel fee may apply for locations outside of this radius.) HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR MY MOBILE APPOINTMENT? We ask you provide a space that can comfortably fit a 4x4x7 tent with an outlet and decent lighting. Preferably no carpet. WHAT TO WEAR: You are encouraged to dress down to your level of comfort. Males of any age and girls under 18 are required to wear underwear. No exceptions. NOTICE: You will receive a text 24 hours before service. If appointment is not confirmed by 12 hours before, Golden Era reserves the right to cancel the appointment, marking it as a no show.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Golden Era will charge 50% for all appointments cancelled less than 8 hours from appointment start time.
Any appointments that are cancelled on or after start time will be charged 100% of service cost.
